SUBURBAN SAGURAMO Masterplan. Suburban Saguramo is a novel, low-density residential project that combines rural environment and urban lifestyle.
HOTEL SKIO. Situated in ski resort Gudauri, strategically located at the edge of the ski track, Apart-Hotel offers hotel-style accommodation in a residential building designed for 80 beds.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A RESIDENTIAL VILLAGE.
DEVELOPMENT PLAN LEBARDE RESORT. The goal of the project was to transform Lebarde resort into a full-fledged 4-season destination. In pursuit of this objective, the project team devised a comprehensive plan that encompasses several aspects, such as the creation of new tourist routes, delineation of construction and non-construction areas, installation of ropeway systems, and development of engineering infrastructure.
TELAVI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CONCEPT. The project was developed for the competition of Telavi International Airport.
